Here are some of the most commonly asked questions about purchasing Altered Singles!

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: All major credit cards and PayPal can be used for payment at checkout.

 

Q: How do I receive my digital cards?

A: Transfers are managed through Altered’s official website.
To complete a digital transfer, you must submit a friend request to our account. (Our account details will be provided at checkout as a reminder.) If you'd like, you can go ahead and add us now so you don't have to later; Gamersguildtemporary_6318 

After your order is processed, we’ll send a confirmation email with screenshots of the transfer for verification.

Please note that since this process is new for us too, there might be some delays in fulfilling digital orders (goal is next day, may take 2-4 days depending on volume of demand). We appreciate your patience and understanding!

 

Q: I'm located outside of the United States, can I purchase digital or physical cards?

A: We do not sell digital or physical cards to customers outside of the United States at this time.

 

Q: Will I be charged shipping for digital only cards or mixed orders of physical and digital cards?

A: We do not charge shipping for digital card purchases. If you purchase digital and physical cards in the same transaction you will ONLY be charged shipping for the physical cards. 
(Ex. If you purchase 25 digital cards and 1 physical card, you will only be charged shipping on 1 card.)
 

Q: How does pricing (Countdown (clock) Auction) work on Uniques?

A: Since we cannot determine the value of a Unique when we open it, we let the market determine this value, using a reverse auction system. This process happens over 8 days. 
Every day, between the hours of 4pm-6pm MST, we update our pricing 
Uniques drop pricing daily in the following pattern; 
Day 1 = $350, Day 2 = $250,  Day 3 = $150, Day 4 = $50, Day 5 = $40, Day 6 = $30, Day 7 = $20, Day 8 = $18, Day 9 = $16 (hold at $16 indefinitely). 

We list roughly 60-120 new Uniques every day, check back daily for whatever you're looking for!

Q: Why does this site have non Altered cards when I use the search bar?

A: This site is temporary until the official Marketplace goes live on the app. It's piggybacking a broader card database and that was necessary to save labor on this project.
There is an easy solution if you prefer the search bar; type "altered" followed by any card name and it'll give you clear consistent results.
