Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging and tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

How to Start a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. If approved, we will provide instructions and, in some cases, a return shipping label at our discretion.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used trading card products, including singles and sealed products once opened
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Hazardous materials

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Fraud and Abuse Prevention

To protect the integrity of our marketplace and pricing systems, Gamers Guild AZ LLC strictly prohibits fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to buylist manipulation, condition disputes made after a sale has been finalized, and reshipping or forwarding scams.

We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or future service to any customer we reasonably believe is engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to exploit our policies. We may also cancel orders, withhold refunds, or restrict account access where such behavior is detected.
