How to submit your Buylist

  1. Download the buylist HERE

  2. Fill it out with the cards and quantities you wish to sell

  3. Fill out the customer information form and attach your completed buylist

We will contact you with a response within 48hrs.

Final Offer Disclaimer

Buy list submissions are not binding offers. Once we receive & review your buy list we will send you a final offer.

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust prices based on market changes, card condition or data entry errors.

  • Return cards in the case of oversupply, incorrect listings, or condition issues.

This policy exists only to protect against rare exceptions.

Store Credit Bonus

Only available for In store buylist drop off. Not offered to online buylists at this time

Bulk Rates

  • Commons/Uncommons (No Tokens): $3 Cash / $5 Store Credit per 1,000 cards

  • Foil/Extended Commons/Uncommons: $6 Cash / $8 Store Credit per 1,000 cards

  • Rares: $0.10 Cash / $0.15 Store Credit per card

  • Legendaries: $0.15 Cash / $0.20 Store Credit per card

Payment Options

We offer payment via:

  • PayPal (Friends and Family preferred to avoid fees; if unavailable, we do not cover fees charged to business accounts)

  • Check Will be mailed out within 2 days after offer acceptance. Please note we can only write a check for the name submitted in your customer information sheet.

Card Condition Guidelines

  • Near Mint / Mint cards will receive 100% of the listed buy price.

  • Lower condition cards (Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played & Damaged cards may receive less, based on condition and current inventory needs.

  • If your cards arrive in worse condition than expected and we’re currently stocked on that card/condition, the buy price may be reduced. If the buy list value changes more than 30% of the estimated payout, we will contact you to see if you would like the affected cards returned to you at your expense. 

Shipping Time frame

We must receive your items within 7 business days from the date that your submission is accepted.

Packing Tips

Cards over $10: Ok to send in penny sleeves.

Cards under $10: Please do not sleeve.

Please organize singles in the exact order that they appear on the buy list, with the first title on your buy list being the card at the front of your order.

If you request any item to be returned, we can deduct shipping from your payout or accept PayPal to cover postage.

Important Notes

Items must come from a non-smoking environment. Smokey or odor-damaged items may be returned at your expense.

Make sure all cards are the correct set and version (foil, alt foil, ect.) Incorrect items may receive a price reduction or returned to you at your expense.


Packaging Guidelines


Preparation:

Please pack your cards in the order they appear on the buylist. Unsleeved and in team bags if possible. (penny sleeves are ok on cards $25+)

Please pack your items carefully.

We recommend new shipping boxes or bubble mailers that are sturdy enough to hold the weight of your shipment. Please use space filler such as packing peanuts, butcher paper, etc. to ensure the cards remain stationary to avoid damage in transit.

Gamers Guild AZ reserves the right of refusal if an item arrives damaged.

Packaging:

Print out your buylist acceptance email and include it in your package. With multiple shipments, please include the acceptance email in each package.

Shipping:

You may ship your items to us using any shipping service of your choice.

Tracking is required to decrease transit times and ensure that both parties are aware of the shipments location/status.

We must receive your items within 7 business days from the date that your submission is accepted.

Please keep a copy of your tracking number for your reference.

You are responsible for shipping costs and any additional fees associated with sending your package.
