How long do I have to send you the cards?

Buys must be postmarked or dropped off in-store within 7 days of receiving your “Buylist acceptance” message. Buys postmarked after 7 business days may have their orders canceled or buy amounts updated upon receipt.

 

How long does the conditioning process take?

Processing times will vary based on our current volume of buylists. When your buylist arrives, we will verify its contents then notify you within 48 hours. Once you receive this message, your buy will be conditioned and completed in 1 to 7 business days.

 

Will I get my conditioning results before my buy is paid out?

To expedite wait times and limit the amount of buys being held, we won't automatically contact you with your results. You can request to be contacted with your results before payment in the notes section of the buylist submission form. Please note orders with a subtotal of $49.99 or less are not eligible for this service.

 

Can I change my mind after my buy has been paid-out?

Once we’ve paid for your buylist we cannot reverse the transaction. The cards are immediately pushed to our website and integrated into our inventory where retrieving the exact cards becomes impossible.


Once my buy is complete how long will it take before I’m paid?

Once your buy has been added to our conditioning queue, it will be completed and paid out within 7 business days. Once a buy has been paid-out we cannot change the payment method. 

All payments are issued within 24 hours of buy completion. And checks are picked up by USPS the next day.


My card went from the booster pack to a sleeve, but it was conditioned below NM. Why?

While a card could go from pack to sleeve, it unfortunately does not guarantee the card is NM. Printing defects, packaging errors, handling of the pack prior to purchase or opening & its time in transit to us could all affect a card's condition. We condition every card submitted to us as it is when it arrives.


Can I ship my cards internationally?

All international sell orders must be shipped using a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) service.

We cannot accept packages shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). If your sell order arrives DDU, it will be refused. The carrier will mark it as Return to Sender and it will be returned to you. If your package(s) are refused and returned, Gamers Guild is not responsible for items lost, destroyed, or delayed by the shipping carrier.


Can I drop my buylist off at one of your stores?

Yes, you absolutely can drop off your order at one of our stores. 

Buylists must be shipped or dropped off at one of our brick-and-mortar locations within seven business days of receiving your buylist approval message.

Larger buylists may be sent to our TCG warehouse to be processed by the online buylist team. Please note this may add a bit of time to processing.

 

What happens if there are cards missing from my buylist?

Your Buylist completion email will have all the information on each card you sent to us and how it was processed. If a card is on your buylist, but missing from your shipment, it will be noted in your buylist completion email. We will only pay for the cards we receive and keep. If we passed on buying a card it will be noted in your completion email. This will also serve as a list of the cards that are being returned to you.

If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with, we will notify you before opening the package where possible. At this time you can decide if you would like us to proceed with processing or have the package returned to you.

Why are my cards being sent back to me?

Whole buylists or single cards may be returned for any of the following reasons:

  1. The order of the cards does not match the order on the buylist

  2. The cards were sent in perfect fit sleeves

  3. The package/cards have a foreign odor

  4. The conditions sent don't match those on the buylist 

  5. The versions sent don't match those on the buylist

  6. The quantities sent don't match those on the buylist

  7. The cards sent couldn't be authenticated

If we do not purchase your entire buylist, we will return the cards we do not buy. Gamers Guild AZ retains the right to purchase or return any excess or incorrect cards that are sent to us, at our discretion.

If items are returned back to GGAZ, we will hold them unclaimed for a maximum of 60 days and attempt to contact the owner at least three times before disposing of the items or absorbing them into our inventory.

 

Do you negotiate on pricing or conditioning?

We do not negotiate on condition or pricing.

 

What happens if my cards are determined to be counterfeit?

Gamers Guild has a commitment to the community to ensure counterfeit cards do not re-enter circulation, and we will not knowingly purchase or sell counterfeit cards, nor will we return confirmed counterfeit cards. 

Gamers Guild does not act as an authentication service. Counterfeit or proxy cards submitted with a purchase order will not be returned. These cards will be retained and shredded to prevent circulation. Attempting to sell counterfeit cards is considered a violation of our Code of Conduct and violators will receive a formal warning email from our Customer Support team. Depending on the severity of the infraction, Gamers Guild, may at its sole discretion issue a warning, suspension, or expulsion from both our online and brick and mortar locations, communities, and services.


Are there limits on what I can sell to you?

Yes, when you receive your buylist acceptance message the numbers listed may be amended to fit our inventories needs. For example if you submitted a buylist with 25 copies of a single card, the buylist in your acceptance message may only be for 10.

Gamers Guild AZ retains the right to purchase or return any excess or incorrect cards that are sent to us, at our discretion.

 

Will you return any deck boxes, sleeves, or packaging I use when shipping my cards?

Gamers Guild will not hold or return any material or containers your buylist is submitted in. This applies to buylists dropped off in-store as well. When dropping off a buylist in-store let our staff know and we can transfer your buy into another container and return your items before you leave.

 

I accidentally chose the wrong payment method, can I change it?

Once a buylist has been completed and paid out, no payment changes can be made. If you need to change a payment method prior to your buylist being paid out, please email Buylist@gamersguildusa.com with your buylist number as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate these changes but cannot guarantee them if not received early enough.

 

My buylist has been received, when will it be completed? 

When you receive a “Your Buylist has been received” email, we will begin processing your buy within 1 -7 business days
